测定意义：CS（EC 2.3.3.1）广泛存在于动物、植物、微生物和培养细胞的线粒体基质中，是三羧酸循环第一个限速酶，是三羧酸循环主要调控位点之一。
测定原理：CS 催化乙酰CoA 和草酰乙酸产生柠檬酰辅酶A，进一步水解产生柠檬酸；该反应促使无色的DTNB 转变成黄色的TNB，在 412nm 处有特征吸光值。
需自备的仪器和用品：可见分光光度计、台式离心机、水浴锅、可调式移液器、1mL 玻璃比色皿、研钵、冰、无水乙醇和蒸馏水。
