测定意义：蔗糖是植物光合作用的主要产物，也是糖分运输和储藏的主要形式。因此，测定蔗糖含量对于植物糖代谢具有重要意义。此外，蔗糖含量是饮料﹑蜂蜜、果脯﹑糖果和乳制品等产品质量控制的重要指标之一。
测定原理：酸性条件下蔗糖水解生成葡萄糖和果糖，果糖进一步与间苯二酚反应，生成有色物质，在480nm下有特征吸收峰。
需要的仪器，耗材:可见分光光度计/微量法、水浴锅、可调式移液器、微量石英比色皿/96孔板和蒸馏水。
备注：
