测定意义：GSH/GSSG是细胞内最重要的氧化还原对之一。因此，测定细胞内GSH和GSSG含量以及GSH/GSSG比值，能够很好地反映细胞所处的氧化还原状态，也是谷胱甘肽氧化还原循环的主要指标之一。
测定原理：利用2-VP法测GSSG含量。
需要的仪器，耗材:低温离心机、水浴锅、可调节移液器、可见分光光度计/酶标仪、微量玻璃比色皿/96孔板、和蒸馏水。
备注：
