碱性蛋白酶 碱性蛋白酶是由地衣芽胞杆菌经发酵提炼而成的蛋白水解酶,主要成分为地衣芽胞杆菌蛋白酶,分子量约为27300,是丝氨酸型的内切蛋白酶,在一定温度、PH值下能将大分子的蛋白质水解成多肽及氨基酸等产物,具有较强的分解蛋白质的能力。其生产工艺是采用微滤超滤膜分离、喷雾干燥或真空冷冻干燥等先进技术,产品质量达到食品级标准及试剂级标准,广泛应用于食品、医疗、酿造、丝绸、制革、血渍清洗、洗涤行业,可以满足各种不同要求需要。
【酶活定义】在40℃,PH10.5条件下,每分钟水解酪素产生1ug酪氨酸所需的酶量为1个酶活力单位,以u表示。
【应用条件】最适PH值:8-10 最适温度:50℃-55℃
