Skullcapflavone II exerted antimicrobial activity against M. aurum and M. bovis BCG and considerably increased the susceptibility of M. smegmatis to EtBr and RIF.[1] Skullcapflavone II inhibits osteoclastogenesis through redox regulation of MAPKs,Src,and CREB and attenuates the survival and resorption function by modulating the integrin pathway in osteoclasts.[2] |
In Vivo |
Skullcapflavone II inhibited osteoclast formation and bone loss in an inflammation- or ovariectomy-induced osteolytic mouse model.[2] In a mouse model of ovalbumin(OVA)-induced allergic asthma,skullcapflavone II reduced the major pathophysiological features of allergic asthma by acting on TGF-β1/Smad signaling pathways.[3] |
