测定意义:类黄酮是一类多苯化合物,属于植物次生代谢物,对人体具有消炎,抗菌,降血脂,清除体内羟自由基,预防癌症等作用。
测定原理:在碱性亚硝酸盐溶液中,类黄酮与铝离子形成在470nm处有特征吸收峰的红色络合物,测定样本提取液在470nm处的吸光值,即可计算样本类黄酮含量
需要的仪器,耗材:天平、烘箱、粉碎仪、筛子、超声破碎仪、60%乙醇、离心机、可见分光光度计/酶标仪、微量石英比色皿/96孔板、蒸馏水。
