AsA又称维生素C。AsA是辅酶、自由基清除剂、电子共体/受体和草酸盐与酒石酸盐生物合成的底物等。作为植物细胞中最重要的抗氧化剂,AsA在保护叶绿体免于氧化损伤起着举足轻重的作用,也是衡量农作物产品品质的重要指标之一。
抗坏血酸氧化酶(AAO)催化AsA氧化生成DHA,通过测定AsA的氧化速率,即可计算出AsA含量。
自备仪器和用品: 研钵、冰、低温离心机、紫外分光光度计/酶标仪、微量石英比色皿/96孔板、可调式移液器和蒸馏水。
