测定意义：TrxR是一种NADPH依赖的包含FAD结构域的二聚体硒酶，属于吡啶核苷酸-二硫化物氧化还原酶家族成员，与硫氧还蛋白以及NADPH共同构成了硫氧还蛋白系统。TrxR与GR活性类似，催化GSSG还原生成GSH，是谷胱甘肽氧化还原循环关键酶之一。
测定原理：TrxR催化NADPH还原DTNB生成TNB和NADP+，TNB在412 nm有特征吸收峰，通过测定412nm波长处TNB的增加速率，即可计算TrxR活性。
需要的仪器，耗材:低温离心机、可调节移液器、可见分光光度计/酶标仪、微量玻璃比色皿/96孔板、和蒸馏水。

您好，血清等液体类样本可以按蛋白浓度或液体体积计算，计算公式中如果是酶标仪检测比色皿光径96孔板光径代0.6cm即可，其他参数都不变。

您好，建议用Bradford法检测，但提取液中本身含有一定蛋白浓度，注意减去提取液本身蛋白浓度
