您好,分光法和微量法原理相同,设计的不同大小的反应体系,分别适配比色皿和酶标板检测的,分光法更大的反应体系检测读数稳定性受误差影响要更小,微量法优势在于酶标仪能快速对多个样本完成检测。ELISA方法检测从原理上说检测灵敏度要比生化法灵敏度高,但会受到种属来源限定,生化法是不限制种属来源的,能否检测到取决于物质含量活性。
