测定意义：
CS（EC 2.3.3.1）广泛存在于动物、植物、微生物和培养细胞的线粒体基质中，是三羧酸循环第一个限速酶，是三羧酸循环主要调控位点之一。
测定原理：
CS催化乙酰CoA和草酰乙酸产生柠檬酰辅酶A，进一步水解产生柠檬酸；该反应促使无色的DTNB转变成黄色的TNB，在 412nm处有特征吸光值。
需要的仪器，耗材:
可见分光光度计/酶标仪、台式离心机、水浴锅、可调式移液器、微量石英比色皿/96孔板、研钵、冰和蒸馏水
