测定原理:
叶绿素a和叶绿素b在645nm和663nm处有最大吸收,根据经验公式可计算得叶绿素a和叶绿素b以及总叶绿素含量。
需要的仪器,耗材:
天平、研钵、可见分光光度计/酶标仪、微量石英比色皿/96孔板、10mL玻璃试管,锡箔纸。
测定意义:
植物叶绿素广泛存在于绿色植物组织中,其含量与光合作用、营养状况密切相关,是反应植物生长状况的重要指标。测定原理:叶绿素a和叶绿素b在645nm和663nm处有最大吸收,根据经验公式可计算得叶绿素a和叶绿素b以及总叶绿素含量。需要的仪器,耗材:天平、研钵、可见分光光度计/酶标仪、微量石英比色皿/96孔板、10mL玻璃试管,锡箔纸。
