测定意义：TrxR 是一种NADPH 依赖的包含FAD 结构域的二聚体硒酶，属于吡啶核苷酸-二硫化物氧化还原酶家族成员，与硫氧还蛋白以及NADPH 共同构成了硫氧还蛋白系统。TrxR 与GR 活性类似，催化GSSG 还原生成GSH，是谷胱甘肽氧化还原循环关键酶之一。
测定原理：TrxR 催化NADPH 还原DTNB 生成TNB 和NADP+，TNB 在412 nm 有特征吸收峰，通过测定412nm 波长处TNB 的增加速率，即可计算TrxR 活性。
自备仪器和用品：可见分分光光度计、低温离心机、可调节移液器、1mL 玻璃比色皿和蒸馏水。
