1、Folin-酚试剂甲:（ 需客户自备或者选用对应的试剂盒）
将1g Na2CO3溶于50mL 0.2moL/L NaOH中，再把0.5g(硫酸铜)CuSO4·5H2O溶于100mL 1%的酒石酸钾钠(或酒石酸钠)溶液，然后将前者50mL与后者1mL混合，现用现配，此试剂只能使用一天，过期失效。
2、Folin-酚试剂乙:
本试剂的浓度为1moL/L，此为Folin-酚试剂应用液。Folin-酚试剂平时应密封贮存于4℃冰箱中避光保存。
3、Folin -酚法测定原理：
在碱性条件下，蛋白质与铜作用生成蛋白质—铜络合物。此络合物将试剂磷钼酸—磷钨酸(FolIn试剂)还原，混合物深蓝色(磷钼蓝和磷钨蓝混合物)，颜色深浅与蛋白质含量成正比。此方法操作简便，灵敏度比双缩脲法高100倍，定量范围为5～100μg蛋白质。
如测蛋白浓度，本公司有对应的蛋白浓度检测试剂盒（PC0030 Lowry法蛋白浓度测定试剂盒1000T）
