测定意义：生物体内超氧阴离子等活性氧具有免疫和信号传导的作用，但积累过多时会对细胞膜及生物大分子产生破坏作用，导致机体细胞和组织代谢异常，从而引起多种疾病。
测定原理：超氧阴离子与盐酸羟胺反应生成NO2－，NO2－在对氨基苯磺酸和α－萘胺的作用下，生成红色的偶氮化合物，在530nm处有特征吸收峰，根据A530值可以计算样品中O2－含量。
需要的仪器，耗材:天平、水浴锅、离心机、可见分光光度计/酶标仪、微量石英比色皿/96孔板、氯仿和蒸馏水。
