碱性磷酸酶底物之一,与BCIP一起,在碱性磷酸酶的催化下生成不溶性的蓝色产物。常用于免疫组化(IHC)、免疫细胞化学(ICC)和蛋白印迹(WB)等实验。
氯化硝基四氮唑蓝 (NBT;N8140-Solarbio): 脱氢酶和其它过氧化酶的底物。用于测定葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase);也是凝血因子I(fibrinogen)的沉淀试剂。也是碱性磷酸酶底物之一,在碱性磷酸酶的催化下生成不溶性的蓝色产物。常用于免疫组化(IHC)、免疫细胞化学(ICC)和蛋白印迹(WB)等实验。NBT可作为一种筛查尿道感染的方法。氯化硝基四氮唑蓝(NBT)还原法对血清糖化低密度脂蛋白及极低密度脂蛋白(SG LP-V P)进行测定,依据呈色的深浅直接用光密度表示SG LP-V P的浓度,并计算SG LP-V P的指数,取得的效果非常好。
