产品介绍：
Hoechst 33342 是一种可以穿透细胞膜的蓝色荧光染料，它在嵌入双链 DNA 后释放强烈的蓝色荧光，对细胞的毒性较低。Hoechst 33342 常用于细胞凋亡检测，染色后用荧光显微镜观察或流式细胞仪检测。可与弗伦德红白血病细胞可逆地结合；用于DNA、染色体和核酸的染色；荧光染色法和免疫荧光技术。可用于荧光显微镜或流式细胞仪。
用于细胞核染色时，推荐的Hoechst 33342工作浓度为0.5-10μg/ml。如需特定浓度或者经浓度优化的产品，可选购Hoechst 33342染液(1mg/ml)、Hoechst 33342染液(即用型)。
物理性状：溶于水，参考浓度为49.00 - 51.00 mg/ml。
荧光光谱：Hoechst 33342的Ex/Em=346/460; Hoechst33342-核酸的Ex/Em=350/461. 荧光可用氙气灯，泵弧灯或者UV激光激发；可用DAPI滤光器、蓝色GFP滤光器、Alexa Fluor 350滤光器等检测。
