30% (29:1)制胶液常用于配制丙烯酰胺凝胶(PAGE胶)，包括SDS-PAGE胶等，可以用于蛋白或核酸的分离。是实验室的常用储备液。
关于SDS-PAGE胶的配制，请参考SDS-PAGE凝胶配制试剂盒(P1200)。
